Return & Refund Policy

Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in new condition

  • Unused, unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With tags attached

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at aurawins@outlook.com to initiate the return.

  2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): You must request an RMA number from us before returning your item. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  3. Return Shipping: The seller will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

  4. Return Address: please contact us to get the address

  5. Return Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item for evaluation.

Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
